The Houses of Parliament is a large modern building in Gothic Style completed in 1857. First built in the early 11th century it is one of the famous palaces of London.Fire destroyed most of the old palace in 1834. People rebuilt it in 1865. It consists of two Houses: The House of Lords and the House of Commons.
